We hold our clinics during the summer -- June through August. More information will be sent out as we approach the summer months.

This clinic is designed for high level training and players working towards scholastic opportunities, elite camps, or varsity level play. This is a 4-hour clinic. Our goal is to put them through a series of game applicable drills that will increase their ability to achieve their goals and contribute heavily within a team structure.

This is a program that will build the quick twitch fibers which all athletes need to perform at a higher level. This program has ten phases, which work in conjunction to develop the correct fibers to increase speed, quickness, acceleration, recovery, and overall explosiveness on the court, or within any sport. This program will also minimize the potential for injury based on the development of the ancillary muscles surrounding the primary muscles that are used daily.

If an athlete can develop their quick twitch fibers early in their athletic career, they can have an advantage over most of their peers. Speed Dynamics helps develop these fibers by providing increased top end speed, lateral quickness, overall quickness, footwork, body coordination, accelerated recovery, balance, and strength.

The development and training phases for Speed Dynamics are as follows:

  • Stretching
  • Endurance
  • Recovery
  • Burst (Acceleration)
  • Top End Speed

  • Lateral Quickness
  • Explosiveness (Bounce/Vertical Jump)
  • Arm Static (Effective Arm Swing & Utilization)
  • Fiber Breakdown (Rebuild The Quick Twitch Fibers)

Each phase is incorporated in each training session for maximum results and effectiveness.

This clinic is specific to your position on the floor: Point Guard, Shooting Guard, Small Forward, Power Forward, Center.

The Weekend Warrior clinics will be held on Saturday’s and will provide the following:

  • Shooting clinic
    • (10:00am – 12:00pm)
  • Ball Handling/Offensive Skills Clinic
    • (12:00pm – 2:00pm)
  • Low Post/Defensive Clinic

(2:00pm – 3:00pm)

The LAB focuses on teaching the correct shooting techniques and mechanics. Our teaching method focuses on creating proper technique, appropriate footwork, speed of the bounce to the shooting pocket, and the shooter’s mindset to transfer that skill into the game.

This clinic is geared towards 3rd – 6th graders. Our goal is to provide a skills clinic that will allow our youth to learn how to play this game correctly. We focus on all elements of the game, from their footwork to their release point on the shot.


The LAB summer basketball clinics focus on individual skill improvement for players of all ability levels. Clinic sessions emphasize basketball fundamentals through station work, group drills and games.

In addition to providing parents with a childcare option over the summer months, camps can help children with both short-term and long-term development of their minds and bodies. Kids develop social skills, are exposed to diversity, learn and develop skills through structured activities, and most importantly, develop their self-confidence.
