NEXT LEVEL has developed a revolutionary program to help adults find their inner being and youthfulness through a challenging high intensity low impact workout.
What is it and what does it do? It is about Human performance, you will be introduced to a high intensity workout that will be utilizing bands, medicine balls, free-weights, power movements, calisthenics, and plyometric exercises in an attempt to condition the body via maximizing high intensity core movements.
We have been compared to Cross Fit, but then that quickly was dismissed based upon several individuals going through the class. With NEXT LEVEL Training our philosophy is to challenge, motivate, and inspire our students to reach their highest level, but we want to achieve that without the high probability of injury that a majority of students have experienced going through Cross Fit.
This program has 15 phases and with each phase the curriculum gets more and more challenging, as you progress, you will discover new elements about yourself and what you are capable of. To get through each phase our goal is to have created an experience that will translate into a high sense of achievement for our students. We want you to feel good about your achievements, but not just physically, but also mentally and spiritually.
One other unique factor within our NEXT LEVEL training is that you will always be supported by a trainer, who is there to inspire, motivate, and instruct. We wanted to eliminate any reason for you to not get the most effective workout possible, with each and every workout.
With our NEXT LEVEL training programming our focus is to help you improve within the following areas:
- Mental toughness
- Core Strength
- Improved Calisthenics
- Weight Loss/Management
- Increased strength and lean body mass
Our NEXT LEVEL High Intensity Training will be adjusted and tailored towards individuals based upon:
- Specific goals
- Current fitness level
- Fiber types
- Workout experience.
Our ultimate goal is to build a community of individuals who want to challenge themselves while being surrounding and supported by other like-minded people. NEXT LEVEL training is meant to achieve just that, we will provide you with an atmosphere filled with positivity and inspiration to identify what NEXT LEVEL means for you, and then we will push you to get to that NEXT LEVEL.
