NEXT LEVEL Training is very excited to present and provide a program geared towards our civil servants. The jobs that they hold are positions that support, help and serve our community. This program is unique and unrivaled in comparison to all other fitness programs.
Next Level University has developed an OCCUPATIONAL FITNESS training program that is geared towards improving our civil servant’s fitness level to better prepare them for SAVING LIVES.
We have been compared to Cross Fit, but then that was quickly dismissed. With NEXT LEVEL Occupational Training our philosophy is to challenge, motivate, and inspire our students to reach their highest level, but we want to achieve that without the high probability of injury that a majority of students have experienced going through Cross Fit.
This program has a 15-phase progression, and with each phase the curriculum gets more and more challenging, but most importantly the workout will be different each and every time. Our focus is to keep the mind guessing, we want to have your mind and body have to react to what is thrown at you during the workout. You come into the class, we provide you with the phase for the day, and then we will work you to your maximum level.

To get through each phase our goal is to have created an experience that will translate into a high sense of achievement for our students. We want you to feel good about your achievements, and not just physically, but also mentally.
One other unique factor within our NEXT LEVEL training is that you will always be supported by a trainer, who is there to inspire, motivate, and instruct. We wanted to eliminate any reason for you to not get the most effective workout possible each and every time.
