Silver is the new young. Next Level wanted to create a program that could assist our senior citizens with a low impact, innovative, yet effective fitness program that would allow our senior citizens to continue their journey of staying flexible, strong, and balanced.
As we age, there are so many possible injuries that can spiral and create a domino effect with our bodies, and with our senior fitness program we want to stabilize our clients, and develop program that can strengthen them to handle the rigors of being active, moving about, and feeling youthful, healthy, and strong.
Our classes will focus on flexibility, balance, core strength, rehabilitation, and functional training. Our goal is to prevent any unnecessary injuries based upon not being strong, and/or physically capable.
